Our range of products may be modified at any time by MEMOIRE PARFUMS. The main information and characteristics of the products are listed on the Site and may be regularly updated.

The products comply with the regulations in force relating to personal safety and health and consumer protection at the time of their placing on the market. The Products also comply with the requirements of current French law.

2 - PRICE

The prices of our Products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). VAT is agreed on the basis of the French VAT applicable on the day of the order.

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, it is your responsibility to pay and cover customs duties or taxes if they are required.

The payment requested is the total amount of your order, including delivery costs.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time and without notice. Products are invoiced based on the prices presented on the site at the time of payment for your order.

The order process includes the following steps that the Customer is invited to follow:

MEMOIRE PARFUMS is not responsible in the event of a Customer error concerning delivery information (missing or incomplete address, name, postal code) and will only be able to reimburse the product, excluding shipping costs already paid by MEMOIRE PARFUMS. , if it took place.

The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of an error by the Customer on the delivery information, MEMOIRE PARFUMS must confirm the return of the package before proceeding with a refund of the product.

Any sale will be made within the limits of available stocks (the Customer will be informed of any unavailability of the product ordered).

All orders are payable in euros on the site.

Any order placed on the Site must be immediately paid upon validation of the order. We accept payments by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. Your credit card payment data is protected and encrypted by our service provider.

By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to debit your credit card for the amount corresponding to the tax-inclusive price of your order.

You confirm that you are the holder of the charged credit card and that the name on the credit card is yours.

If the total price including tax of the order is not debited, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will need to re-place your order with a valid payment method.

The banking transaction is secure and, in no way, does the Seller keep any banking information about the Customer.

The Products presented on the Site are available for sale online.

For all orders placed in mainland France, delivery costs are free.

For other destinations, delivery costs will be automatically calculated when paying for your order.

Once your order has been confirmed by email and your payment has been received, it will be shipped using the delivery method chosen during the ordering process.

Once the order has been validated by MEMOIRE PARFUMS, it can no longer be modified or canceled. In the event of an error on the part of the customer, he must receive his order and return it at his own expense to MEMOIRE PARFUMS to obtain a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Delivery delays are the responsibility of the carriers and are not attributable to the seller.

In the event of a delay exceeding 5 days, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@memoire-parfums.com, in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Upon receipt of the package, please check the condition of the packaging and its contents. If the package is opened or damaged, please inform us by e-mail at: contact@memoire-parfums.com within 5 days of receipt, attaching the necessary photos. We are committed to taking the necessary measures to satisfy you, whether through a refund or sending a new product.

1 - WITHDRAWAL

We are committed to providing quality products, as consistent as possible with descriptions and photos. Each product comes with a sample to allow you to test it before opening the perfume.

If, despite this, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you and request a refund. This right can be exercised on our site in the CONTACT section or by email: contact@memoire-parfums.com.

We advise you to specify your email address, last name, first name and order number in order to facilitate the processing of your return. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal.

2 - RETURN

Returns must be made within fourteen days (14 days) of receipt of your withdrawal. The products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, unopened, allowing their re-marketing, in new condition. Any opened or damaged product will not be returned or refunded.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the payments received in full, by bank transfer. We will then ask you for your bank details (RIB) to proceed with the reimbursement. We reserve the right to defer reimbursement until receipt and verification of the returned products. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

If you cancel your order but do not return the Products to us within 14 working days of notification of your wish to cancel the order, we will be entitled to retain the refund amount.

3 - EXCHANGE

Exchange of MEMOIRE PARFUMS products is not possible. If you are not satisfied with a product, you must request a refund for the product (provided that the product is returned new, unopened and in its original condition) and place a new order.

Discovery bags and gift boxes containing 4 samples of eau de parfum, accompanied by a discount voucher, are neither exchanged nor refunded, except in the case of a defective product.

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee if they have been used normally.

- In accordance with Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code, the Seller must provide a product that complies with the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing on delivery. The Customer can choose between repairing or replacing the goods in the event of a lack of conformity.

- If repair or replacement is impossible, as stipulated in Article L211-10, the Customer can choose between returning the goods and refunding the price or keeping the goods and receiving part of the price.

- The application of these provisions is free for the Customer, as specified in Article L211-11.

- Action resulting from a lack of conformity is prescribed within two years from delivery of the goods, as indicated in Article L211-12.

- The Seller is also responsible for hidden defects in the item sold, in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code. Action resulting from these defects must be brought within two years of their discovery, as mentioned in Article 1648, paragraph 1.

If the suspension of the execution of MEMOIRE PARFUMS' obligations continues for a period of more than ninety (90) days, you will have the right to terminate the current order and MEMOIRE PARFUMS will reimburse you in full.
